From freight to factories

Noel Murphy and Ouyang Ke start ParcelFromChina in Shenzhen to ship for international customers.
- 2010
Customers ask for help finding and checking factories. China Factory Sourcing is set up alongside ParcelFromChina.

55 people across Shenzhen, Changsha and Zhengzhou, operating as part of the PFC Group.
How we work
Four promises we keep on every order

You see the factory
You get the factory name, its price and every quote in the same format. We take no commissions from factories.

Reports, not reassurance
Samples, inspections and shipments each come with a written report and photos, so you judge the work yourself.
- 03
Your money moves on your say-so
We pay factories only on your instruction, against the payment schedule in your contract.
- 04
Fees in the open
Our fees are published on the pricing page, and your quote fixes the price before any work starts.

Co-founder
Noel co-founded the PFC Group, starting with ParcelFromChina to ship for international customers, then set up China Factory Sourcing when those customers asked for help finding and checking factories.
Ouyang Ke
Co-founder
Ouyang Ke co-founded the PFC Group with Noel Murphy and works with the team in China.
Cara Ming
Sourcing Manager
Cara is CFS's Sourcing Manager in China, working with clients and factories on supplier search, quotes and samples.

Three offices in China
Our head office is in Shenzhen, close to the Pearl River Delta's factories and ports. Regional offices in Changsha and Zhengzhou cover central China.
