You get 2 to 3 concepts within 3 to 5 days, up to 5 rounds of revisions, editable source files, print-ready artwork with dielines and Pantone colours, and 3D mockups for your listings, and the same team takes the design through printing and production.

Your box is the first thing a customer touches. On Amazon it is often the main image. Most brands pay an agency for the design, then find out the printer can’t match it.

We do both. Our 8 in-house designers create the artwork, and the same team takes it to the factory. The design fits the real dieline, the colours are set for the press, and we check the proofs before anything is printed.

When we produce your packaging, the design costs you nothing.

UK and EU labelling, checked before print

Your packaging may need a manufacturer or importer address, a CE or UKCA mark, warnings, recycling marks and a barcode. We check these against the rules for your product before the files go to print, so you don’t reprint 5,000 boxes.

    Every quote names the factory and shows its own price. Our fee is a separate line.

  • Balance after inspection

    The balance is usually paid only after the goods pass inspection, while the factory can still fix problems.

  • Nothing starts without your yes

    You approve a written quote before any work begins, and factories are paid only on your instruction.

Get the dieline from the factory that will print your box before the design starts. Artwork drawn to a generic template often lands a few millimetres off on the real box.

Free packaging design: common questions

Is the packaging design really free?

Yes, when CFS produces your packaging. Design, revisions and print-ready files are included in the packaging order.

How long does packaging design take?

The first concepts usually arrive within 3 to 5 days of a complete brief. Each round of revisions usually takes 1 to 2 days. Complex projects can take longer, and we give you a date up front.

What do I need to send before you start?

The text for the packaging, the box size, the box style (for example a rigid box, drawer box or mailer), your logo file, any product photos, and any examples of packaging you like.

How many revisions are included?

Up to 5 rounds of revisions. Further rounds are priced by the size of the change, and we agree the fee with you first.

What files do I get?

Editable Adobe Illustrator source files with fonts, high-resolution print-ready PDFs with bleed, crop marks and Pantone codes, and high-resolution 3D mockups.

Do you help after the design is finished?

Yes. We check proofs and colour with the factory through production. Minor tweaks are free; for a major change of direction we agree a fee with you first.
